Madison Area Health Center seeks a full time, experienced Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide primary care and preventive services to people of all ages. As an integral part of the community for 40 years, the health center offers medical care with integrated behavioral health to 1,800 people of all ages from Madison and surrounding towns including Anson, Norridgewock, Starks, and beyond.
