Application Support Educator – Waterville

HealthReach is seeking an Application Support Educator to join our central administrative team.  The person in this position will research, plan, and assist in the implementation of new, or the modification of existing workflows and applications for HealthReach. Responsibilities include: Research the functionality of applications and tools to create training for employees, analyze existing workflows and propose improvements, develop documentation of workflows, policies, and best practices, create and manage project plans for system implementations, prepare training materials, the scheduling and conducting of one on one and classroom training and other related training activities, communicates current and upcoming IT events to end-users, assists in technical support activities for NextGen application primarily, and other environments which may include troubleshooting PC’s, printer and application problems, determining the cause and correcting the problem.
