Albion – This January, staff of the Lovejoy Health Center are happy to welcome Haley West, LCSW, CADC, to their professional clinical healthcare team.
West earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Southern Maine. Previously, she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Maine at Farmington. West’s wealth of behavioral health experience includes time spent in a variety of areas, including pediatric behavioral health, family therapy, women’s care, and treating co-occurring disorders in both residential and outpatient settings.
West shares, “I believe that each person is an expert on their own life. My care philosophy is rooted in a humanistic approach, supporting clients in recognizing their strengths and abilities, and helping them through the processes of healing from trauma and coping with stressors. I am excited to join the clinical team at Lovejoy Health Center and provide individualized care in such a supportive environment.”
West joins the existing Lovejoy clinical team in Albion – Doctors, Ann Schwink, Dean Chamberlain, and Daniel Keane; Physician Assistant, Nichole Johnston; Family Nurse Practitioners, Michelle Breene and Serenity L. Barlett; Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Melanie Morin; and Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Ashley Rancourt.
