The Clinical Educator is responsible for leading clinical training programs for clinical support staff, including facilitation of training for newly hired staff, addressing training needs identified through clinical audit or report, and working with clinical leadership to prepare and train for planned updates or improvements. The selected candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in a medical office setting, preferably primary care. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential to success in this role, as is curiosity, and an open mind in regard to clinical workflows and processes.
