Richmond – This January, staff of the Richmond Area Health Center are happy to welcome Monica Gambi Lado, FNP, to their professional healthcare team.
Gabmi Lado earned her Master’s degree in Nursing from the University of Southern Maine. Previously, she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Maine in Orono. Gambi Lado’s wealth of nurse practitioner experience includes pediatric care, internal medicine, and female reproductive care.
Gambi Lado shares, “I believe at its core, healthcare is about human connections. The healthcare system can be complicated, so my job is to try to educate my patients and empower them with evidence-based knowledge to make the best decision for their care.”
Gambi Lado joins the existing Richmond clinical team – Doctor of Podiatric Medicine, Daniel Keane; Physician Assistant, Cory Miller; Family Nurse Practitioners, Andy Alexander and Melissa Hackett; Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Theresa Rush; and Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Aga Smith.
